what you need
1 Cup Millet Flakes (we used Lotus Organic Millet Flakes)
2 Cups almond or coconut mylk or own choice milk
½ Cup water
¼ cup wild blueberries (we used Elgin)
1 Tablespoon Nutra Organics Collagen Beauty Powder
1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
Coconut yoghurt to serve
what to do
Add the millet flakes, water and mylk to a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer (be careful not to boil) then reduce heat and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir through blueberries, honey, cinnamon and collagen powder.
Serve with extra wild blueberries, coconut yoghurt and own choice mylk.
