By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy (available at www.gonaturalfoods.com.au). You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our website if you do not agree to these Terms.
In these Terms, ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ means Go Natural Foods Pty Ltd.
1. We May Contact You
By agreeing to become a customer or otherwise using the Service you acknowledge and agree that we may contact you (including email, SMS, telephone or such other means) in relation to:
the service, your account, any products or your order;
where you have consented to us doing so, any marketing or promotions which we conduct, special products being offered, our newsletters or publications;
where you have consented to us doing so, goods, services or promotion which are being offered by our suppliers or business partners (either alone or in conjunction with us.)
To unsubscribe from any of our marketing or promotional contact with you, please use the unsubscribe button in a marketing email, or phone or email our retail store.
2. Account Details
You must ensure your account details are kept up to date. Any changes to your details must be updated through our site or you can contact us to update personal details. Any error in delivery or through transactions occurring due to incorrect details supplied will not be our responsibility.
We consider registration information private, the safekeeping of your username and password are your responsibility. We are not liable for any unauthorised use of your username and password.
3. Placing Orders
Once an order has been placed online, you will be emailed an order confirmation before your delivery is due to be made. This email will identify your ordered products and their corresponding prices. Please make sure that you review your order confirmation and advise us immediately if you believe there are any products or pricing discrepancies.
Cancellations of orders or change of mind will not be accepted after 12pm on the day of delivery.
Specials Orders for products not available online
We are currently able to take orders via email via telephone to our retail store. We can be contacted on 07 4194 6712 or info@gonaturalfoods.com.au.
If you wish to contact us by email to order, you will need to provide a phone number for us to contact you to confirm the order and to organise payment.
You will be emailed an order confirmation before your delivery is due to be made. This email will identify your ordered products and their corresponding prices. Please make sure that you review your order confirmation and advise us immediately if you believe there are any products or pricing discrepancies.

Products ordered that are out of stock
We do our best to make sure our website reflects the products that are in stock, but since stock levels are constantly changing and there may be unforeseen delays from suppliers, sometimes the product you order may not be available. If this is the case, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund on that particular product or ask you if you wish to wait for your order to be sent once the product is received. We apologise if this happens and appreciate your understanding.
4. Payments
Payment is due on the day of your product order. If no payment is made, or payment is declined, then we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you feel that any transaction, payment or rejection, or other billing issue is in error, or that you have been advised something by us in error, please contact us by phone (07 4194 6712) or email to info@gonaturalfoods.com.au.
We may require copies of your personal or banking information (such as bank statements) to be forwarded to us to properly investigate your dispute. We may be unable to resolve your dispute if this information is not provided.
5. Pricing
All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
We will endeavour to maintain the correct pricing of goods, however, due to market conditions, prices that appear in-store and on our website are subject to change without notice.
At times, the prices reflected on our website may differ to the prices in our store.

7. Product images and labels
We aim to include up to date pictures of the products and accurate ingredients, nutritional information and other information on product listings. However, product details may change from time to time and there may be a delay in making updates on our website or instore.
All images used on our website are representations for your information only and are not necessarily true images of that product.
We do not warrant the accuracy of any of the information contained within the product list nor on the labels on goods delivered.
We recommend that you read product labels carefully before consuming any product purchased from us.
8. Product Issues
The Australian Consumer Law gives consumers rights in respect of good and services they purchase, called consumer guarantees.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Regardless of anything in these Terms and Conditions, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced of the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If for any reason you have received an incorrect item, your whole order has not been delivered, incorrect item/s were delivered, or you have received damaged items, we will ensure that you are not charged for the affected products. However, you must notify us via phone within 48 hours of delivery being made (or not made), and we may need you to provide proof of the issue. We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take up to 7 days to process a credit to your nominated account.
