what you need
1 cup organic flax seeds, ground
¼ cup organic shelled hemp seeds
¼ cup organic whole black chia seeds
1 cup water
2 tbsp dried herbs of your choice
2 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
sea salt, to taste
whole black pepper, ground, to taste
what to do:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Add water and mix quickly.
Using a spatula, spread mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. The dough should be approximately ½ cm thick.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and, using a knife, cut into squares or triangles to your desired size and flip over.
Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until you reach your desired shade of golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
