Pomegranates contain nutrient rich jewel-like seeds known as arils. Bursting with flavour, these seeds are full of antioxidants and vitamin C. But getting these seeds free from their fruit casing is neither a clean or easy process.
Now you can access all the health benefits of pomegranates without any of the work, Pomlife has created a range of products from the fruits grown in their own orchards. We recently showcased some of PomLife‘s products at our latest instore tasting, including this raw slice using PomLife Freeze-Dried Pomegranate Arils. It is super easy to make and proved to be a massive hit on the day!

1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup PomLife Freeze-Dried Pomegranate Arils
