What kid (or adult) doesn’t love  a great sandwich? I know mine do. Of course, the key to a great sandwich is soft, tasty, fresh bread. My kids can sniff a stale, tasteless piece of cardboard from a mile away.

While they are worried about the freshness of the bread on their sandwich, I am thinking about the quality of the nutrients. For this reason, I have been using Healthybake organic sourdough for about the last ten years.
