it’s autumn! what’s in season in march…

March sees in a change of seasons and so we see a change in how we eat and what foods will keep us going as the days start to get a little shorter and a little milder.

It is a beautiful time of year where we can enjoy both a light asian salad or stir fry using seasonal asian greens alongside a warming apple and pear crumble. Just the right balance, I think!
