hemp seed mylk

“creamy, nutrient rich alternative for your matcha or turmeric latte”

what you need

½ cup  hemp seeds
2 cups  water
2  medjool dates
½ tsp  vanilla extract
1 tbsp  coconut oil
pinch sea salt

what to do

Place all the ingredients in a high speed food processor or blender. Process or blend at the highest speed for 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Strain the liquid through a cheesecloth or nut mylk bag to remove the hemp seed particles.

Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
