anzac biscuit bliss balls

” yummy bliss balls with a taste of australia’s own macadamia nut”

 what you need

1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup dry roasted cashews
2 tbsp macadamia nut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tablespoons raw Australian honey

 what to do

Place the ingredients into a high speed food processor and blend until the mixture into a sticky crumb texture.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into balls and place on a lined tray. Place into the fridge to set.

Once set, try not eating all of them at once. Enjoy!


Substitute the raw honey with rice malt syrup if preferred.

If you are unable to find macadamia nut butter, you can substitute in other nut butter. Or you make your own quick macadamia nut butter. Place 250g of nuts into the high speed food processor and process on the highest speed until a creamy paste is formed. This can be anywhere from 3 to 6 minutes depending on your desired consistency. Make sure you scrape the bowl every minute or so. You can also add some coconut oil, honey and cinnamon for a different flavour.
