Sumac and wattleseed add a lively flavour to this tasty blend. Sprinkle through layers of sliced potatoes or other vegetables when baking.
Ingredients
Sumac, salt, oregano, thyme, garlic, wattleseed, basil, sage, parsley, rosemary.

Use
MIXED VEGETABLE BAKE WITH HERBS
Approx. 120g each potato, parsnip, kumara and carrot
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1-2 tsp Roast Vegetable Herb Mix
Peel and quarter vegetables.
Heat oven to 220 C.
Place oil in oven tray and heat in oven 3-4 minutes.
Pat vegetable pieces dry in paper towel, then place pieces on hot oven tray – turn to coat, sprinkle herb mix over and return to oven.
Turn after 15 minutes and bake another 15 minutes until cooked through.
