You’ll need: Just water! (Plus whatever accompaniments or additions you desire)
How to (for 4 fritters): 1. Combine 1/2 cup fritter mix with 1/2 cup cold water, whisk well to prevent lumps. 2. To make a fritter dollop about 3 tablespoons into a non-stick pan – as many as you can comfortably fit. 3. Fry at a medium heat for around 3-4 mins each side. 4. Serve with your chosen super sides, sit back and enjoy.
