Use
DOSAGE - Adults: Take two capsules with a meal twice daily.
CAUTIONS - Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
WARNINGS

Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
This product may have a laxative effect as it contains Buckthorn and Cascara.
