Chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower oil in a vitis vinifera (grapeseed)seed oil.

Source: Egypt

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Massage: Because it is already diluted, Chamomile 3% is safe to use directly on the sin.

Bath:add 2 to 3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml / 0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to desired area.

Blends well with:Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium, Lavender, Patchouli, Jasmine, Sandalwood, Ylang ylang.

If pregnant: Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

The use of essential oils for children under 3 months is not recommended. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or for massage use a 1% dilution ratio in a carrier oil.

Use this oil with caution around pets, never use topically and store bottles out of reach. If you have any concerns contact your vet.
