Herbie’s Spices Lamb Roast & Barbecue Crusting mix is ideal as a dry marinade/rub on red meats, especially lamb.
Ingredients
Coriander seed, sweet paprika, sumac, sea salt, rosemary, ginger, cane sugar, black pepper, garlic, mint, allspice.

Use
Make slits in a leg of lamb, rub generously with spice mix, allow to marinate refrigerated for up to one hour before roasting.
Coat lamb fillets and cook on the barbecue.
Dice leg lamb, toss in spice mix, then thread onto metal skewers with pieces of capsicum, whole mushrooms and squares of haloumi cheese. Cook on the barbecue and serve with cooked rice.
