Fished off the coast of Alaska using a variety of methods with minimal by-catch during a highly controlled and managed time period when adult salmon return to the river mouths to spawn. Butchered in the cannery and then cooked in its own waters, with the skin and bones left on, and a little salt added, this ensures that our salmon maintains more of its nutritional values.
